About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Darwin Real Estate team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing branch operations, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a High-Performing Team: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results and exceed sales targets.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, expand market share, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with area managers, state managers, and other branch managers to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical guidance and support to senior property managers to enhance and grow the property management business.
  • Market and Promote Services: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Elders' services and products to clients, including insurance and finance referrals.
  • Manage Business Targets: Set and achieve business targets, including branch profit and loss, and ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy.
  • Prioritize Safety: Ensure the safety of staff and clients, and contribute to Elders' zero-harm culture.
  • Coach and Mentor: Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to identify and develop new sales opportunities and maximize their potential.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients to provide solutions that meet client requirements.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record in growing and managing a large sales team, with a strong understanding of real estate services.
  • Experience in managing a larger property management team and working with senior property managers to grow the business.
  • Effective leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead, engage, and motivate teams to produce exceptional customer experiences and business outcomes.
  • Resourcefulness, forward thinking, and a passion for effecting real change for clients and the community.
  • A values-based approach to business, with a focus on people and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong business acumen and financial knowledge, with the ability to manage the branch's profit and loss and ensure effective operational controls.
