Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee fleet management, vehicle repairs, and maintenance to deliver efficient processes and procedures.
- Drive business growth by delivering on strategic objectives within annual budget.
- Manage budgets and financial plans, controlling expenditure to optimize performance.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues through effective networking.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of people management and leadership experience.
- Proven track record of delivering high customer service and leading a high-performing team.
- Experience in driving sales, including rental and ancillary sales.
- Proven ability to drive change and successfully implement new systems and processes.
- Excellent budget management skills.
- Attention to detail and passion for managing a busy operation.
- Proven experience in managing workshops and/or fleet management.
- Sound knowledge of vehicle compliance.
- Full driver's license.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
