About the Role:
Elders Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Real Estate team in Darwin. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a large sales team, and overseeing a significant property management business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a positive working environment to drive sales opportunities and strengthen Elders' presence in the Darwin market for residential and rural lifestyle properties.
- Work collaboratively with the Elders Area Manager and State Managers in Real Estate to contribute to the delivery of wider business objectives.
- Provide technical and operational support to the senior property manager to enhance and grow the existing Property Management business within the market.
- Drive the marketing and promotion of Elders' services and products to support clients, including insurance and finance referrals.
- Effectively manage business targets and branch profit and loss in line with the agreed strategy for the branch.
- Prioritize the safety of staff and clients, and actively contribute to Elders' zero-harm culture.
- Coach and mentor staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
- Inspire and motivate your team to maximize their potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients to provide solutions that meet client requirements.
About You:
To excel at Elders Group, you will have a proven track record in growing and managing a large sales team, with a strong understanding of Real Estate services, including holding applicable real estate licenses. You will also have experience in managing a larger property management team and working with senior property managers to successfully grow that enterprise through provision of high-quality property management services.
You will be a resourceful, forward-thinking leader who is passionate about effecting real change for both clients and your community. You will have the ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients. Strong financial knowledge and business acumen are also essential to manage the P&L and ensure effective operational controls are being maintained in the business.
