Leadership Role
  • Lead and mentor a global team of Product Operations Managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide clear direction and development opportunities to empower your team to proactively solve problems in a fast-paced, global organisation.
  • Develop and maintain SLAs to provide world-class support for operational teams and clients.

Team Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for senior leaders across Product, Technology and Operations, ensuring alignment and communication.
  • Manage the product feedback loop, leveraging insights to inform and optimise product strategy from launch through ongoing improvement.

Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence is essential.
  • Understanding of AI/ML applications to enhance operational efficiency is highly valued.

Education and Experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing a Technology Operations or Service Delivery team.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial services or a related technology discipline, with expertise in payments, cards, and treasury.
