Product Operations Leadership Role

The objective of this position is to drive operational excellence and provide critical insights for strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a global team of Product Operations Managers to ensure seamless execution and proactive problem-solving.
  • Providing clear direction and development opportunities to empower the team to tackle complex challenges in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Owning the escalation path for high-impact product issues and leading the global incident response and resolution process.
  • Establishing and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) to deliver world-class support for operational teams and clients.
  • Managing the product feedback loop to inform and optimize product strategy from launch through ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing a Technology Operations or Service Delivery team with expertise in technology disciplines.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial services or a related field with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders across various departments.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions and measure business impact.
