Job Title: Strategic Product Operations Leader

As a seasoned leader, you will spearhead the global product operations function, driving operational excellence and informing strategic decisions. Your purpose is to provide critical insights, foster collaboration, and ensure a world-class client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of product operations managers, promoting continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop clear strategies, empower your team to proactively solve problems, and establish effective incident response processes.
  • Manage SLAs, serve as a primary contact for senior leaders, and maintain alignment and communication across departments.
  • Drive a data-first approach, analyzing support tickets and client issues to identify trends and inform product enhancements.
  • Direct the creation of comprehensive product knowledge management systems and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing a technology operations or service delivery team.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial services or a related technology discipline, with expertise in payments, cards, and treasury.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and AI/ML applications.
  • Extensive experience building and managing knowledge systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
