Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to play a critical role in driving process standardization, scalability, and support operations excellence.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering outcomes in a rapidly evolving global environment. You will work closely with cross-functional business teams to drive multi-quarter project delivery through collaboration, transparency, and risk remediation.

You will oversee the global health and continuous improvement of operations for a specific product or product family. This includes:

  • Strategic Objectives:
    • Work closely with stakeholders to establish lines of trust with development teams to have a customer-centric voice in the building product roadmap.
    • Champion strategy set by leadership.
    • Identify key version/product issues that can be mitigated with knowledge.
  • Tactical Actions:
    • Engage with stakeholders and partner with them to ensure readiness for new releases.
    • Ensure solid communications across the project, stakeholders, and operational leadership teams.
    • Assist regional managers and direction to optimize and improve operational metrics such as NPS, IRT, Resolution rate, etc.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and present to leaders, cross-department managers, and project teams. They will also possess strong multi-tasking, self-direction, prioritization, innovative, resilient spirit, and continual drive to make an impact on our business and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional business teams.
  • Manage dependencies across a set of projects.
