We are seeking an experienced Corporate Concierge and dynamic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at JRM Hospitality in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities- As Concierge:
- Provide exceptional customer service by managing internal and external visitors, ensuring high standards of security, and allocating temporary access passes.
- Ensure all passes are returned and maintain a secure environment.
- As Food & Beverage Attendant:
- Work in a supportive and busy environment, providing first-class hospitality services.
- Join a business that strives for excellence in its hospitality teams.
- Concierge and/or reception experience in a corporate head office or high-end hotel.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Patient and considerate towards customers and internal and external visitors or stakeholders.
- High level of organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent computer skills, with knowledge of visitor management software a bonus.
- Friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and focused during busy periods.
- Immaculately presented and well-groomed.
