About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Concierge to join our team at JRM Hospitality. As a Corporate Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external visitors, ensuring a seamless and secure experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all internal and external visitors, maintaining high standards of security and allocating temporary access passes as needed.
  • Ensure all passes are returned and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for visitors.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Concierge and/or reception experience in a corporate head office or high-end hotel.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Patient and considerate towards customers and internal and external visitors or stakeholders.
  • High level of organization and time management skills, with excellent computer skills and knowledge of visitor management software.
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner, with the ability to remain focused and composed during busy periods.
  • Immaculately presented and well-groomed, with a strong attention to detail.
