About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Concierge to join our team at JRM Hospitality in Melbourne.

As a Corporate Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external visitors, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage visitor access and ensure all passes are returned
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the team
  • Ensure the office is maintained to a high standard
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Concierge and/or reception experience in a corporate or high-end hotel environment
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Patient and considerate towards customers and visitors
  • High level of organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of visitor management software
