Corporate Hospitality Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Concierge and Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at JRM Hospitality in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by managing internal and external visitors, ensuring high standards of security and allocating temporary access passes as needed.
- Work as part of a supportive and busy environment, joining a business that strives for a first-class reputation in hospitality.
- Offer flexible availability across Monday to Friday, with shift times between 0700-1900, varying in length depending on service needs.
- Concierge and/or reception experience in a corporate head office or high-end hotel.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a patient and considerate approach towards customers and stakeholders.
- High level of organisation and time management skills, with excellent computer skills and knowledge of visitor management software.
- Friendly and professional telephone manner, with the ability to remain calm and focused during busy periods.
- Immaculately presented and well-groomed, with a strong attention to detail.
