Requirements
  • Concierge and/or reception experience in a corporate head office or high-end hotel.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a patient and considerate approach.
  • High level of organization and time management skills, with excellent computer skills and knowledge of visitor management software.
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner, with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
