The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Concierge to join our Client Services team for a large corporate team in Sydney. As a Corporate Concierge, you will be responsible for managing all internal and external visitors through the precinct, maintaining high standards of security, and allocating temporary access passes to visitors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all internal and external visitors through the precinct
  • Maintain high standards of security
  • Allocate temporary access passes to visitors
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Concierge and/or reception experience in a corporate head office or high-end hotel
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Patient and considerate towards customers and internal and external visitors or stakeholders
  • High level of organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills
