High-Level Support Specialist

**Job Overview:**
- The HiTech Group is a prominent Federal Government Department engaged in essential projects.
We are seeking an experienced ICT Administration Officer to act as the first point of contact for major service providers, managing onboarding and offboarding of contractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for communication with various stakeholders for grant programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Managing group mailboxes for timely assignment of work.
- Coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the leadership team has all required information.
- Engaging with section staff and fostering a strong team focus.
- Preparing and/or quality assuring general correspondence and less complex documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines.
**Requirements:**
- Good verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders over the phone, face to face, or at meetings.
- Proven organisational and time management skills, including ability to manage peak workloads and deliver within tight timeframes.
- Ability to develop and foster strong interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ability to use a range of software, including word, excel, PowerPoint, and outlook.
**What We Offer:
- A rewarding hourly rate.
- An initial contract until June 2025, with an option for a further 12-month extension.
