The Role
This position is the central point of contact between Sales, Business Units, Distributors, key end customers, and System Integrators to deliver value-added customer solutions through strong collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional support teams.
Success Factors
Understand customer requirements, drive strategic value addition to supply chain processes, and partner with customers and business partners to integrate Commercial inputs into the supply chain organization and drive process improvements.
This role plays a crucial part in driving productivity and supporting revenue generation by sensing demand and ensuring product availability through active engagement with Sales and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Market Intelligence and customer Insight to proactively develop relevant solutions for specific customer requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with Distributors to ensure our processes and policies are adhered to and still relevant to achieve our global goals.
- Demand Sensing and Market Intelligence inputs to facilitate efficient Demand Planning and product availability to improve Blended and Want Date Compliance.
- Promote customer perspective to ensure customer requirements are met timely while acting within our policies.
- Ensure Blended compliance at 96%.
- Adhere to our principles of ethics and compliance under all circumstances.
- Communicate complex process efficiency matters to global teams and regional stakeholders.
- Continuously develop new processes and influence regional stakeholders on process adherence, error, and issue resolution.
- Foster Key Global customer management for the region through collaboration with Country Customer care logistics organizations across the region.
Requirements
Mandatory:
- Experience in or understanding of demand planning or supply chain.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high-level analysis.
- Excellent customer management & customer-facing experience.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Advanced Excel, Business Data Management, spreadsheet analysis, and strong mathematical abilities.
- SAP work experience is mandatory.
Desirable:
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- End customer & Distributor management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of our business and distribution model.
