We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the Front Office team and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle telephone inquiries and maintain guest confidentiality
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (desirable)
- High school certificate or equivalent qualification
