  • Ensure all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, contributing to the smooth operation of the resort.">
  • Address guest queries and complaints efficiently and effectively, providing prompt resolutions.">

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional service standards.">
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills and knowledge, with training provided for the reservations system.">
  • Maintain professional, open, and honest communication with guests and colleagues.">
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services.">
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the effective operation of the resort.">

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of hotel front office experience.">
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement.">
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.">
  • High standard of personal presentation and professionalism.">
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.">
  • Availability to work 10pm-6am, 5 nights per week.">

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills and career, and enjoy a range of benefits.
