Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic partner to drive our transformation journey in human resources. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our workforce planning, performance, and employee relations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in HR best practices and Australian employment law. You will work closely with operational teams to develop and implement policies that align with legislation and industry standards.

Your Qualifications
  • A degree in human resources, psychology, commerce, or economics
  • Five or more years' experience in HR/People & Culture, including 2 years in a business partnering role
  • Experience supporting operational teams in manufacturing, logistics, or waste management
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
  • Effective communication skills for drafting and influencing stakeholders
