We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with leaders and supporting employees across Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to drive people initiatives that align with our business strategy
- Develop and implement HR programs that support employee engagement, leadership development, and talent management
- Provide guidance and support to employees throughout their career journey
- Maintain a deep understanding of the business strategy and make data-driven decisions to inform HR initiatives
- At least 4 years' experience in a HR Advisor/Consultant role or 1-3 years as a HR Business Partner or equivalent role
- Proven experience in strategic and operational activities
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or psychology-related disciplines
- Strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills
- Sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of Australian employment law
