Key HR Partnership Role

The Senior Human Resources Partner is a strategic leader responsible for key relationships and HR support with senior leaders within defined portfolios. This role requires collaboration, leadership, and expertise in various areas of human resources.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with peers across other HR teams to design and present client-focused solutions that meet the needs of executive leaders and their teams.
  • Develop tailored operational solutions for executive leaders across different client groups, spanning talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, organizational design, reward systems, and workplace culture.
  • Serve as a change lead for client bases, supporting workforce plans and ensuring the right organizational design is in place to deliver on strategy.
  • Support the HR Associate Director in leading initiatives to build capability within the HR team, including effective delegation, coaching, and implementation of industry best practices, technology, and processes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of extensive experience as a senior HR professional within a large and multifaceted organization.
  • Experience providing senior HR support within medical, health, or allied health industries is highly desirable.
  • Significant change management and project delivery experience across various HR capabilities and processes.
  • A high level of capability working with complex industrial elements, enterprise agreements, awards, and relevant policies.
  • Elevated ability to build and manage trusted client relationships with tact and professionalism at the senior level.
  • Exceptional partnering skills, liaising with the wider HR team and other functions to ensure a collaborative and consistent approach to service delivery.
  • Highly developed influencing skills in relation to external stakeholders, including government bodies, union groups, and university sector groups to drive positive outcomes.
