A leading commercial construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage on-site construction activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in coordinating with stakeholders, including government officials and contractors. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, as well as monitoring project progress and preparing detailed reports.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience in site or project engineering roles, preferably on large-scale government projects (3-5 years)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
