Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Construction Manager to lead the delivery of retail fit-out projects in Canberra. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Your Role:- Oversee construction operations from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and premium finishes.
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage works on programme, maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and client to deliver a flawless handover.
- Proven track record of supervising fit-out or refurbishment projects, preferably in the retail sector.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to drive timelines forward.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Carpentry background and relevant certifications (e.g. White Card).
