A leading national construction firm with a proven track record in delivering large-scale commercial projects across Canberra is seeking a Senior Site Manager. You'll be the on-the-ground force ensuring schedules stay tight, quality stays high, and every milestone is met with precision.

Your new role

As the Site Manager, you will take the helm to ensure seamless execution of the project while upholding the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the site from site establishment to completion.
  • Planning and implementing short-term schedules to meet project milestones.
  • Leading and mentoring Site Supervisors, and Leading Hands.
  • Overseeing and coordinating subcontractors to ensure exceptional work delivery.
  • Driving quality assurance to align with project timelines.
  • Facilitating communication with stakeholders, including clients, to maintain strong partnerships.
  • Enforcing robust WHS protocols to ensure a safe work environment

What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant trade qualifications or Diploma in Building and Construction - desirable
  • Proven track record as a Site Manager on commercial projects above $30M.
  • Desmonstrated experience managing structures
  • Proficiency with construction management systems to enhance operations.
