Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to join our high-performing team delivering landmark residential and mixed-use projects in the capital.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with program, quality, and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement integrated task plans in conjunction with the project team and SQP.
  • Manage large-scale residential projects from structure through to completion.
  • Maintain accurate daily project diaries and compile defect lists.
  • Coordinate site activities to minimize disruption and maximize productivity.
Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a project coordinator on residential/mixed-use projects.
  • Trade qualification or tertiary degree in building and construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, WHS, and QA.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
