Senior Contract Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts and subcontracts. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and develop contract documentation, such as agreements and modification task/delivery orders.
- Evaluate proposals and quotations, determining offer responsiveness, responsibility, and eligibility for award.
- Develop and maintain contract files, monitoring and tracking contractor deliverables.
- Review and process purchase requisitions.
- Conduct contract file reviews in support of Government audits.
- Draft, review, and negotiate teaming and non-disclosure agreements.
- Coordinate with accounting and finance departments in administering contract invoicing and payments, job cost management, contract audit/filing, and closeout process.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 2-8 years of experience in procurement, contracts, supply chain, or related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and integrated software applications.
- Active U.S. Secret or TS/SCI Clearance; or equivalent Australian NV1 or Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) Department of Defence Security Clearance.
