About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Executive. As a key member of our State Government team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

As a sales thought leader, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business transformation. Your expertise in enterprise software sales and business development will be essential in identifying new opportunities and expanding our presence in the NSW State Government sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new departments and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales activity through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with our Ecosystem partners to develop and deliver value-added solutions to our clients.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and business plans to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of direct enterprise software sales experience.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and sales growth.
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of BPA, DPA, RPA, CRM, and Case Management enterprise software solutions.
