Financial Operations Specialist

This role supports the daily operations and reporting for private credit funds, fulfilling ad-hoc projects.

  • Oversee daily cash forecasting, monitoring investment activities, fund expenses, and managing liquidity requirements.
  • Manage capital call and distribution processes, preparing working schedules and notices with third-party administrators.
  • Oversee credit and leverage facility operations, drawdown, repayment, payment process, and covenant reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and service providers to ensure timely resolution of accounting exceptions.
  • Work closely with the Client and Finance Operations team in Australia to maintain controls, procedures, fund accounting, and client reporting.
  • Build relations with third-party fund administrators to ensure smooth fund operations and timely deliverables.

Reporting Requirements: Regularly provide financial reports, analyze data, and develop recommendations for process improvements.
