Our MissionOur mission is simple: to create the world's greatest gaming experience every day. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in delivering this experience by visiting customer venues for service calls and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on gaming equipment.
- Complete equipment upgrades, modifications, and game change conversions.
- Work with the team for installations, removals, and relocations of gaming product.
- Capture and update all activities in Salesforce.
- Provide technical and product information to customers to increase their knowledge.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and exceed expectations.
- Maintain compliance and regulatory requirements.
We're seeking a trustworthy, self-starting individual with a logical mindset. You should be coachable, a quick learner, and an excellent people person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Enjoy interacting with customers and building great relationships.
You should have a practical mindset, be able to think on your feet, and have a full driving license. An interest in gaming machines is an advantage.
