
Strategic Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to optimise stay-day capacity and rates across our remote accommodation portfolio.
You will drive monthly outlooks, 90-day forecasts, and annual budgets to ensure the success of our business. Additionally, you will identify and implement commercial transformation projects to enhance value and efficiency.
As a leader, you will manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative culture that encourages innovation and excellence. You will also build and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to optimise stay-day capacity and rates.
- Drive monthly outlooks, 90-day forecasts, and annual budgets.
- Identify and implement commercial transformation projects to enhance value and efficiency.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- 5+ years' experience in sales or commercial roles within the related industry.
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities.
