Leadership Role for Strategic Growth

We are seeking a results-driven leader to spearhead our Midvale store's strategy, finance, sales, and operations. As a key player, you will be responsible for leading, training, and developing your team to achieve measurable results.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer focus, and business development expertise. Relevant local knowledge of the industrial supply market is also essential.

This full-time permanent role offers lucrative rewards through a profit share scheme. You will work Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm in Western Australia.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase profitability and grow revenue and market share.
  • Leading, training, and developing your team to achieve measurable results.
  • Working closely with key customers and suppliers to develop strong relationships.
  • Managing systems and procedures for efficient operations.
  • Monitoring stock turnover and overseeing stock control and warehouse operations.
  • Enforcing and improving WH&S policies and fostering a safety culture amongst the team.

Requirements:

A confident and strong leader with exceptional customer focus and sales/business development skills.Relevant local knowledge of the industrial supply market.Leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a background in management or business management.Vision, drive, and the ability to think outside the square.Strong computer systems and data analysis skills, including Microsoft Office.
