Job Title:

Executive Leader

Job Overview:

This role requires a high-performing individual to oversee the strategic and operational leadership of the business across multiple national locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen and be able to deliver strategic industry advancements, elevate high performance, accountability and commerciality while leveraging current operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Australian P&L including revenue, sales and operations
  • Create a vision and roll out a business plan to drive growth and expansion
  • Lead a range of operational excellence initiatives such as sales, HR, finance, culture, process and customer engagement
  • Identify and execute revenue generating opportunities within the existing customer base as well as exploring new markets
  • Deliver a rolling business plan with a focus on sales, customer service, safety, collaboration and culture

Requirements:

The successful applicant will ideally be degree qualified in a discipline such as commerce, engineering or finance with an extensive commercial skill set.

They will have exposure to industries such as manufacturing, distribution or fabrication and be able to deliver strategic industry advancements.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to leverage the history of the business while creating an environment which enables the attraction and retention of talent.

Commercial Acumen:

The ability to set a clear strategic direction and inspire others to achieve it. Apply a high level of commerciality to identify growth opportunities and new revenue streams.
