About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Supervisor to lead our customer service support team at our Kemps Creek NSW site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient customer support services to one of our major customers in the telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, develop and support your team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer queries, orders / returns and corrective actions.
  • Accurately review and investigate items that are damaged, lost or missing through transaction of goods.
  • Support customer communication relations from initiation of damaged stock or the return process and complete the settlement of the order.
  • Manage the daily volume of all inbound and outbound orders to ensure they are completed within expected timeframes in a safe and secure manner.
Requirements
  • Direct or relatable experience supervising a customer service support team, in any industry (logistics and supply chain preferable).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, customer service and influencing / negotiation skills.
  • Sound troubleshooting / problem solving capability, commercial acumen and capacity to extract insights from information / data.
  • Intermediate experience in MS Office applications, and capable of learning new systems and working with technologies generally.
