Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the reception area, handling correspondence and phone calls, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records and files.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
