Front Desk Administrator

We're seeking an exceptional front desk administrator to join our team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and communicative individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver a warm welcome to clients and visitors by greeting them with a friendly and professional demeanor
    • Answer and direct calls, ensuring efficient communication across departments
    • Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment by managing the front desk
    • Assist with general administration tasks, such as data entry and document preparation
    • Support property managers with coordination and office duties as needed
    • Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date filing system
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a reception or admin role (real estate experience is a bonus)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • A proactive attitude and a team player mentality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment
