Partnership Development Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Executive to develop and execute strategic partnerships that drive engagement with our loyalty program.
The ideal candidate will lead the strategy, sourcing, negotiation, and implementation of partnerships that enhance member experience and advocacy.
This role requires collaboration with internal teams, setting KPIs, tracking performance, and optimising ROI across all partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, loyalty, or business development roles within a medium to large organisation.
- Proven experience onboarding and managing high-value partnerships end-to-end.
- Strong analytical skills to measure impact and ROI of partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – from proposals to presentations.

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strong commercial judgement. Your ability to think critically and strategically will be essential in developing and executing effective partnership strategies.
