Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Director of Marketing, Partnerships and Events, joining a creative, passionate, and dynamic team.

The role offers valuable exposure to the film and screen industry, providing hands-on experience and detail-oriented project management skills.

The partnerships specialist will play a key role in delivering the annual SCREEN FOREVER conference, ensuring seamless execution and integration of partner activations, entitlements, and branding.

  • Manage daily relationships and deliverables for sponsorships and government partnerships across various programs and events, both online and in person.
  • Support the events team with branding, marketing, activation requirements, invitations, ticketing, and event logistics where required.
  • Coordinate event and marketing logistics for partner activities in collaboration with the events, programming, and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sponsorship, events (in-person and digital), and/or marketing roles. Proven project management skills, strong attention to detail, and planning capabilities are essential.

Creative thinking, energy, and innovation are highly valued in this role, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
