
Medical Support Panel Operations Assistant

This role is responsible for providing operational support to the Medical Support Panel. The successful candidate will serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, including Claim Service Providers, internal staff, and specialists within the panel.
The role requires coordination of services undertaken by the MSP from triage through to quality review of recommendations and associated record keeping.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated attention to detail combined with analytical skills
- Organisational skills with ability to prioritise work in a high-volume environment
- Exercise initiative, judgement, empathy and sensitivity to effectively coordinate activities and make recommendations
- Medical understanding with ability to liaise with medical specialists
