From our founder's first recruits on a NYC subway to a global panel of 3 million participants across 150+ countries, we now support research for companies like Microsoft, Dropbox, and P&G. Our panel is one of the most diverse and responsive in the industry.

As the research world shifts rapidly - especially with the rise of AI-led tools - demand for high-quality, large-scale participant data is growing fast. Respondent is well-positioned to meet that demand, helping companies run better, faster research at scale.

We're a lean, growing team of ~30 people across Sydney, Manila, and the U.S. We've recently hit profitability and are reinvesting in the business.

The role

We're looking for a Panel Operations Analyst: this role blends hands-on operations with strategic problem solving. You'll take ownership of the work that keeps our marketplace running today, while also helping shape how it scales tomorrow.

On a typical day, you'll review research projects on our platform, make sure researchers are matched with the right participants, and step in to solve problems when needed. Beyond that, you'll dive into data, identify patterns, and work with teams across the business to make lasting improvements to both sides of our marketplace.

This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to learn quickly, work cross-functionally, and make an immediate impact at a profitable startup.

What You\'ll Do

  • Keep the marketplace running smoothly: Review research projects daily, catch potential issues early, and connect with researchers to resolve them quickly.
  • Work closely with our Manila team: Guide and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth delivery of key operational tasks.
  • Turn data into insights: Track project and panel performance, surface trends, and share learnings that drive recruitment, marketing, and product decisions.
  • Collaborate across the business: Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align priorities and improve the participant/researcher experience.
  • Drive improvements as we scale: Spot recurring challenges and help design solutions - whether that's refining processes within the team, or working with Product to shape and implement new features.

What you'll bring:

  • A recent graduate or early-career professional
  • Strong communication skills - you can work well with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Analytical curiosity - comfortable working with data and familiar with Google Sheets/Excel (great bonus if you also know SQL)
  • A problem-solving mindset: detail-oriented, proactive, and always asking "how can this be better?"
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving, changing environment.
  • A self-starter attitude - you don't wait for instructions, you find ways to add value.
