Job Description

As a Bridal Stylist, you will provide exceptional customer service to brides and their party members. Your tasks include working one-on-one with brides to create the perfect bridal style for their wedding day, building relationships with brides throughout the entire experience, and assisting bridesmaids and other party members with their dress selection, sizing, and ordering.

  • Provide feedback about emerging bridal trends, accessories, and other add-on items or services.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Apparel, Fashion or related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Available to work weekends and evenings on a regular basis.
  • Minimum 1-2 years bridal sales or other consultative retail sales experience preferred.
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to prospect and close retail sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to quickly develop strong product knowledge of the bridal industry and trends.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen understanding of fashion and bridal fashion.
  • Ability to always maintain a fashion-forward and professional appearance.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to self-manage working effectively to a deadline.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to adapt to change in an ever-growing, fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to move throughout the store, lift and move up to 12 kgs, kneel, stand and work on feet most of the time.
