As a Bridal Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the operational and sales performance of the showroom meets expectations.

We are seeking someone who has a passion for the bridal industry, customer service, and can drive sales results while maintaining a high level of business acumen and financial decision-making skills.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of stylists and guiding them towards achieving excellent sales results
  • Providing brides with a unique and unforgettable experience through exceptional customer service and styling
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our product range and staying up-to-date with new styles and trends
  • Ensuring accurate recording of stock items and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Managing leave and roster requirements to maintain showroom operational needs

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Intermediate to advanced administration and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and iPad
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
