Opportunity Overview

A rare opportunity awaits an experienced Alterations Specialist to join the Anna Campbell team immediately.

Work closely with our high-end, exquisitely designed bridal gowns, tailoring each dress to perfectly fit its bride through a series of personal, one-on-one fittings in our Brunswick Design Studio (relocation planned for mid-2026—please enquire for details). Both full-time and part-time roles are available.

About the Role

This position is ideal for a skilled alterations professional (tailoring, dressmaking, or similar) who has:

  • Exceptional presentation and customer service skills
  • Expertise in machining and hand-finishing techniques
  • A passion for bridalwear and delivering a dream-like, above-and-beyond experience

You will:

  • Lead fittings—pinning, measuring, and guiding brides with confidence and care
  • Manage bookings, emails, and phone communication with grace and professionalism
  • Collaborate with our in-house machining team during peak periods
  • Take a hands-on role machining and hand-finishing gowns during quieter times, also lending your expertise to assist production

Key Requirements
  • Proven alterations, tailoring, or dressmaking experience (bridal highly regarded)
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and a proactive work ethic
  • A polished, professional appearance and demeanour
  • A genuine passion for the bridal industry
