Experience Bridal Showroom Manager Opportunity

This exceptional role offers the chance to manage a high-profile bridal showroom, delivering unforgettable experiences for discerning brides.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the bridal consultation process.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling, confirmations, fittings, and final orders, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain the showroom's presentation standards, coordinating cleaning, styling, steaming, and couture gown care.
  • Manage all customer communication, including emails, phone calls, and follow-ups across key accounts.
  • Lead and support a small team of stylists, providing training, rostering, and day-to-day assistance.
  • Collaborate with wholesale and production teams to ensure efficient handovers from appointments to gown delivery.
  • Run and manage tailoring appointments, handling payments, communicating fit adjustments, and maintaining stock levels.
Requirements:
  • A background in luxury fashion, bridal, or boutique retail, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • A natural leader, exceling in client-facing roles and possessing a keen eye for styling and detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure.
  • A true people person – professional, warm, and always one step ahead.
  • A passion for bridal and fashion, and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and quality.
