We are seeking a passionate and fashion-forward Bridal Stylist to join our growing team at Mia Atelier, a Melbourne-based independent bridal label. This role is part-time (1–2 days per week), including at least one weekend day, with the opportunity to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients during in-studio appointments
  • Guide brides through our collection, helping them find the perfect silhouette
  • Take accurate client notes and measurements for made-to-measure gowns
  • Communicate client preferences clearly to the production team
  • Prepare and maintain sample gowns and the studio environment
  • Pack and ship orders with attention to garment care
  • Support fittings and pick-up appointments as needed

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience in fashion retail, bridal, or luxury customer service
  • Has a minimum of 6-12 months of fashion retail experience
  • Is warm, intuitive, and professional in styling appointments
  • Has a keen eye for fit, fabric, and silhouette
  • Takes initiative and works well independently
  • Is organised and pays strong attention to detail (especially in gown handling)
  • Can commit to working Saturdays, and potentially a weekday or Sunday half-day
  • Is available to work every Saturday as required
  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
