Level 2 Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our service desk team. As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to clients across various IT platforms, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients across various IT platforms
- Work closely with the Level 1 support team to resolve client issues
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical issues
- Assist with project work and deployments as required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
- Experience in MSP environments
- Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience
- Defence and N-able experience (desirable)
- Config and troubleshooting switches, routers, and firewalls
- Australian Citizenship required due to government clients
