Job Title: Level 2 Support Engineer

Join The Drive Group, a leading MSP, as a Level 2 Support Engineer and be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional IT services to clients.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our service desk team. As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to clients across various IT platforms, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients across various IT platforms
  • Work closely with the Level 1 support team to resolve client issues
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Assist with project work and deployments as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
  • Experience in MSP environments
  • Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience
  • Defence and N-able experience (desirable)
  • Config and troubleshooting switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Australian Citizenship required due to government clients
