Job Title: Level 2 Support Engineer

Job Description:

TheDriveGroup is seeking a highly skilled Level 2 Support Engineer to join their growing MSP team. As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with endpoints, servers, and networks.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and remediate issues with firewalls, network switches, virtual infrastructure, and other IT systems.
  • Remote support of servers, desktops, applications, and cloud services in Microsoft-based environments.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a MSP environment.
  • Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience.
  • Windows Server installation, configuration, and maintenance experience.
  • Networking experience, including configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, switches, and routers.
  • Current Australian driver's license.
