Level 2 Technical Support Specialist

Job Description:
TheDriveGroup is seeking a highly skilled Level 2 Support Engineer to join their growing MSP team. As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance services to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with endpoints, servers, and networks.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and remediate issues with firewalls, network switches, virtual infrastructure, and other IT systems.
- Remote support of servers, desktops, applications, and cloud services in Microsoft-based environments.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a MSP environment.
- Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience.
- Windows Server installation, configuration, and maintenance experience.
- Networking experience, including configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Current Australian driver's license.
