Level 2 Support Specialist

Civica is seeking a highly skilled Level 2 Support Analyst to join our team. As a Level 2 Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our esteemed customers in the local government sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support to customers, handling escalations and ensuring prompt and efficient assistance.
- Work closely with developers and consultants to support software and escalations.
- Familiarity with Software as a Service environments or cloud applications.
- Proficiency in scripting languages or automation tools to streamline support processes.
- Basic Technical, Web Platform, Android or IOS application knowledge.
- Previous experience in L2 Application support asset maintenance industry (nice to have).
- Expertise in customer service and problem-solving.
