Senior Proposal Specialist

The role of Senior Proposal Specialist is a pivotal one within our organization. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial part in spearheading the tender and submissions process.

This involves working closely with estimators, project managers and other key stakeholders to prepare compelling, compliant, and deadline-driven bids that showcase our company's strengths and ability to exceed expectations.

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end bid and tender submissions
  • Liaise with internal teams and consultants to gather content, capability statements and project examples
  • Format and produce visually engaging submissions, EOIs and proposals
  • Maintain and update the bid library including CVs, project sheets, and company profiles
  • Support marketing efforts such as capability statements and award submissions
  • Track submission deadlines and tender portals, ensuring timely and high-quality output
About You

We are looking for an individual with 2–5 years' experience in a similar role within construction, architecture or engineering. The ideal candidate will possess strong InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additionally, they should be highly organized with a strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines, and demonstrate a proactive and collaborative attitude.
