We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of a landmark retail refurbishment project in Melbourne's South East.

The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager and site team on this major refurbishment project. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Managing project documentation, compliance, and reporting to maintain accurate records.
  • Assisting with project planning, procurement, and scheduling to meet deadlines.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a commercial construction project coordination environment.
  • A background working with Tier 3 builders, ideally on retail projects.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience with Jobpac and Procore software (desirable).
  • Ability to turn your hand to support the procurement team with tenders/estimates (an asset but not essential).
