  1. About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Leader to lead our team of leasing consultants and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and guiding their team, identifying training needs, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  2. Key Responsibilities:
    • Mentor and guide team members on a daily basis, providing regular one-on-one feedback and coaching
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and improve sales performance
    • Identify training needs and coordinate training to support team members
    • Lead daily workflow management, including lead allocation and monitoring WIP levels
    • Continually evaluate sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Assist with escalated calls, complaints, and quality issues
    • Maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders, including fleet and salary packaging stakeholders
  3. About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to have 3-5 years of sales management experience, preferably in a telephony sales discipline. You will also need to have a track record of achieving sales targets and high levels of customer satisfaction. Experience in salary packaging or novated leasing is advantageous, but not essential.
