About this Role

As a Senior Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing workstreams within large-scale Financial Crime programs.

This business-facing role requires strong stakeholder management and delivery skills.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with business objectives, delivering high-impact outcomes with visibility across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of projects focused on Financial Crime and AML, from initiation through to delivery
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams
  • E nsure initiatives are delivered in line with regulatory standards and compliance obligations
  • Apply structured project management practices and take a proactive, hands-on approach to achieve business objectives
  • Support ongoing improvements to project delivery frameworks and team processes

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Lead / Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master within banking
  • A strong background in Financial Crime project delivery within regulatory programs
  • A business-focused approach with hands-on delivery capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Prior experience in agile and waterfall delivery environments
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to navigate complex environments
  • Prior financial crime technology implementation experience (desired)
